Nothing on this site is a binding offer or a contract. The service plans and the percentages shown on the pricing page are indicative. What we actually do for you, and what you actually pay, are set out in the written agreement signed between you and WELKOMME-INN. Where this site and that agreement differ, the agreement prevails.
Rental income depends on your property, its location and condition, seasonality, market demand and other things outside our control. Nothing on this site is a promise, projection or guarantee of any particular occupancy or income.
Operating a short-term rental in Portugal carries legal duties, including registration under the Alojamento Local regime, reporting guest stays to the authorities, charging and paying municipal tourist tax, and declaring your income. Which of these we carry out on your behalf depends on the plan you agree with us. Any duty we have not expressly accepted in writing remains yours.

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Disputes fall to the courts of Portimão, without prejudice to any right you have as a consumer to bring proceedings elsewhere under mandatory law.
